I’m Catherine Cluff, I’m the President and CEO of the Oaks at Ojai, a Destination Spa Resort in California, now celebrating our 40th year in operation. The spa was founded by my mother, Sheila Cluff, known as the “grandmother of aerobics”, in 1977, and after directing the program for many years, I became CEO in 2010.
WHAT I DO
I run the resort operations, marketing, strategic planning and renovations. I try to motivate our team and keep the teamwork going to create a great spa for our guests and our employees. I’m also an active and participating member of the International Spa Association (ISPA) in a variety of roles, and, I am a founding member of and the current chairman for the Ojai Valley Visitors Bureau.
