Spam
We do not use, nor do we condone the use, of unsolicited bulk email. We take this issue very seriously, and encourage you to report any incidents of unsolicited email coming from or mentioning the Spa Index domain for a prompt and personal reply. Like all other businesses which utilize the web, however, we too are regularly victims of “spoofing” and forged email subject lines. And so it goes for every business on the web. We do not sell our database, member lists, email addresses, demographics, or other information to any third parties, for any price, for any reason.
Email Blasts / Newsletters
Our e-newsletter, Spa Lifestyle Daily, is free. A link to subscribe can be found on most of our pages. Subscribers may cancel subscriptions to future issues by clicking on “unsubscribe” at the bottom of every single issue we send. We do not share or use our newsletter subscriber list for ay purpose other than periodic newsletters using Mail Chimp’s “double opt-in policy” (you must opt in and confirm your opt-in).
Your Personal Information
Our site uses forms for information requests, listing requests, account orders, advertising, and related services. Contact information from all forms (including name, address, email address, payment information and more) is used to process and deliver orders and mail information about our company to our members ad customers. At no time will we share any of this information with any other person or company.
Member Database
We do not sell our Spa Directory Membership roster, index, database or list, to anyone, in any format, for any price, for any reason.
